EVO-ERP (DBA Classic) Reports
There are many built in reports for the user in DBA Classic / EVOERP to use. I urge users to become familiar with the reports and the data that is reported. The majority of the reports can also be duplicated using Crystal reports. There are many times when users wants a report that is similar to DBA Classic / EVOERP however you need some additional information added to the report, or want a different summary or a different comparison.
This is the power of Crystal reports. We use a relational database connection through the ODBC on your workstation to connect to the DBA Classic / EVOERP database on your server.
Your company does NOT need to purchase Crystal Reports unless you plan on designing your own reports. You do need to purchase one of the Report Viewers which is much more cost effective for your organization as the reports can then be stored in a single location on your server, and ran locally on any given workstation with the correct ODBC connection and one of the prescribed Report Viewers as noted on the Downloads Page:
