On-Site Training
On-Site training is conducted at your facility, using your computers and your installation of software.
Based on your objectives prior to arrival, training is tailored to your available personnel at their respective job that they will perform in the software. They will learn the sequence of steps that are needed to perform their functions, the flow of the software and how to apply within the procedures and process of your company.
As with most companies, when changing financial and manufacturing business software, the existing procedures have to be redesigned to make the implementation of the new software successful. Proper training for the employee needs to encompass more than just memorization of menus, they will need to understand and correlate their functions in the software and how it affects the other departments. Timing of certain procedural actions and which person performs those steps become critical for a successful operation and integration into utilizing your new software. We will develop and provide written instructional material to correspond with the training and procedures involved in specific job functions.
Remember, the more time spent learning and setting up your data properly in your new software is more critical to when getting it right during the startup phase, rather than spending endless amount of time trying to fix and restructure duplicate or missing data due to improper or hurried implementation.
